This cottage is located on an resort complex with Pools, Spa, Pool Table, Exercise room, Foosball, putting Golf and best of all just steps the the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy direct view to the ocean.

Walk to the beach and restaurant. Trolley, train, and theater less than 1/2 a mile.

15 Minutes to Legoland, 40 Minutes to Seaworld, Zoo, Downtown San Diego and Disneyland

Our 2nd stay in Oceanside

We've stayed at this complex before, but in a different unit. We love it. This unit was a little smaller than I would have liked, but that's what I get for waiting to book. The beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed, very nice and clean throughout. With 4 adults and one bathroom, though, we could have used one more roll of toilet paper.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is better than advertised. Clean, beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed. Short walk to the beach. Location is fantastic with a great view from the balcony. We will surely stay here again.

As Advertised

We have been to North Coast Village many times. This unit was ideally located; close to the gym and game room, easy walk to hot tub and pool, ocean view and an easy walk to the beach. We benefitted from the two bed option in the family room. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. I'd mention the sand project and beach restoration is less than ideal this year. Many rocks exposed at the beach. The train noise situation is much improved and did not cause any issue for us.

Great location!

Great location and access. Living room furniture is a little lacking but didn’t spend much time in the unit. Loved the Murphy bed for extra sleeping options. Nice beach and good restaurant options. Would stay again!

Juan was GREAT to work with. Quick responses and attentive to my questions. Close private parking spot. Easy beach access. We would defiently rent again. Our favorite rental on this beautiful property!

Relaxing Perfect Location

The location is unbeatable and allows for relaxing and simple travel to and from the most awesome beach. Amenities allow for fun outside of riding the waves!! The home was clean and stocked with fun beach toys, chairs and towels. Great tv access allowed us to watch the game and end the night with a movie and a game. Kitchen was stocked to allow us to cook our own meals. Overall spectacular. Only downside was it was EXTREMELY hot the week we were there and there is no AC. If this is the case for your stay I would be prepared for some hot afternoons and nights.
