We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. The property was spotless and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Montego Bay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. "First of all! Let's talk about how excellent the host was! He was friendly, always there to answer your every call, great conversations all the time with him. He was overall great! The place is clean, quiet and safe! His home was one of the few with a button press to get inside. One click and the gate was open. Didnt have to come out to open the gate. The security for the whole complex was great. They check every car before you can enter. No one that doeent belong on property cannot get pass...

"I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit!"

"I loved our stay at the property. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly helpful. The amenities were perfect. The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT. "

"Our stay at the S Hotel was exceptional!!!! The property is stunning, with a relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous beach and a wide variety of delicious foods!! The location is also perfect; less than 10 minutes from Sangster Int'l Airport. Shoutout to Asst General Manager, Marlon, who was always nearby to answer questions and share information. We will definitely be back!"

"The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."
