"We were coming every month weekeng for some time and unfortunately it was our last stay.
We were coming not because of location, food or resort itself. We were coming because of cabanas.
Today we were informed that from now on cabanas is not included on weekend stay. Now we have to rent it separately.
Let me tell you, we never saw the line outside of cabanas . Most of the time it was max 3 occupied.
So, what is the reason for loosing customers?

"We did a week long road trip in the Keys and this was our unexpected last stop. I made the reservation the day before for a one night stay. Laura was so hospitable and upgraded us to a suite. I only wish this was our first and only stop! We are already planning our trip back."

"Angela was so accommodating and was able to upgrade our stay. Every time we had a question she would have the answers and was very hospitable and welcoming to all of us. The room was clean and beautiful views, quiet and better than we could have imagined. Great location, food and service. We will be back again and again! Give Angela a promotion!! "I definitely would NOT recommend this ‘resort’. It is advertised as a ‘resort’, this place is nothing even close to a resort!! We stayed in a room but was switched to a camper due to someone ‘smoking’ next door. There was an uninvited rodent in our camper, either a mouse or rat. I cut my foot on the cracked shower floor. "Everything was very good until Air conditioning stopped working at 1:00 am and had to sleep without it the whole night (Room 4H).
Checking in and check out were very smooth.
I explained the issue to the staff in the front desk the next morning and they said it would be fixed. Hope there is any response to me as a customer."

"The room was clean but was missing several important items, such as any type of baking pan or mixing bowls for cooking. The pool area was very nice with on site food and drinks. I wouldn’t plan on visiting the Keys, in general, if you’re looking for great beaches. The “private beach” here is adequate for sunbathing but that’s about it. Add 10 minutes to get hot shower water.
Paper thin walls. We heard conversations and loud partying at night.
Air conditioner kicks on and it sounds like a rocket launch. The room gets very cold and then hot.
Furniture is worn in the room and lobby.
Forget the 6:30 AM breakfast. At 6:40 AM the lights were off, no food was out and the set up person ignored us.
