Historic Downtown Main Street Apartment 1 BDR, 1 BTH Berlin, MD - Overlooks Main Street *NOW WITH A NEW KING BED*

This Upstairs Apartment is right on Main Street, with great views of main street from the living room windows. The front door takes you right out onto the street! The building this apartment sits in, was built in the early 1900's, gives the apartment uniqueness and character!

King bed in bedroom. Adult sized twin inflatable mattress in the closet. Small child/teen sized futon in living room. Sleeps 4 total.

This private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a king bed in the bedroom, a small futon in the living room, and an adult sized twin inflatable mattress in the closet. Sleeps 4 people max. A private fully stocked kitchen for your own convenience. Linens and towels for all 4 quests are including in the cleaning fee.

Stocked kitchen with the basic essentials (fridge, electric range stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, baking sheets, silverware.)

PARKING: There is no designated parking at the apartment. Guests must use the free municipal parking lot directly behind the apartment building or do free street parking. Entering at the back porch door may be easier if you park in the large public lot. Guests may also park anywhere in Berlin on the streets.

*This apartment is located right above a cafe/coffee shop. Sometimes in the morning and late afternoon, aromas of coffee roasting from below can be smelled from the apartment.*

Located in America's Coolest Small Town with great shopping, food, bars, and entertainment/events. Wake up in the morning and head down to the delicious coffee shop & cafe called 'On What Grounds?' which is right below the apartment (sometimes you can smell the coffee aroma from the apartment)! Right across the street you have Victorian Charm (popular boutique shop). At the back of the apartment is a favorite dinner spot, Blacksmith. After dinner, stroll over to the yummy Island Creamery Ice Cream Shop!

Berlin is a quiet town, great for strolling the streets to enjoy the shops and eateries. Votes the coolest small town in America! So many events & entertainment happening daily. Check the town of Berlin, MD for the latest event coming to town!

Only 15 minutes away is the popular beach that tourists and locals go to... Assateague Island National Seashore! You can spend many days there. Awesome trails to walk on to enjoy birdwatching, crabbing, fishing, or just strolling. Of course you have to visit to see the famous Assateague Island Ponies & to enjoy the beautiful beach!

15 minutes away is the famous Ocean City Beach & Boardwalk!

Cleaning Fee charged also includes linens and bath towels for all 4 quests.

We require guests, after booking, to complete & sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement is legally enforceable and includes all the specific terms and conditions laid down by the owner. It aims to offer protection to the property owner and specify the role and responsibilities of both the guests and the hosts. All the rules and regulations that ought to be followed by the guests during the period of their stay are mentioned in the agreement. Along with this, all the essentials provided by the owner are neatly listed in the agreement. Guests just simply sign & date the agreement, as well as list all the individuals full names that will be staying in the property.

Great! comfortable, cozy, adequate kitchen facilities, wonderful location, clean and attractive decor. Bonuses.....coffee shop downstairs, easy parking, delicious restaurants, super farmers market, easy ride to beach, quick accessibility to groceries, pharmacy, retail. All good, can't wait to come back in the Fall!

Wonderful location

Cozy living space in a great location. Shop and eat out and return easily to drop off your packages or just take a few minutes of rest before returning to the center of Berlin for more exploring and fun. Quiet location even with views of the Main Street. Want coffee? , just a quick walk downstairs to the local coffee shop! There are stairs to climb to access the apartment and the tub has high sides, but if stairs are not a problem for you, you have found a cozy convenient one bedroom unit in a great location. Enjoy!

Location, location, location! Fabulous apartment with all of the necessities nestled in the heart of Berlin. It was our first visit but definitely won't be our last. The adorable coffee shop right next door was an added bonus ;-)

My husband and I had a great stay in Berlin. The apartment was clean and just what we needed for a weekend. The town is so adorable and we loved walking downstairs for a coffee in the morning.

Charming Apartment

Great apartment! Right in the middle of everything in Berlin! A few minutes drive to things outside of Berlin. Everything was great, the bed was very comfortable, and blow mattress worked very well for our daughter. The only thing, both my wife and I are 6 foot and taller, and we are not small people, the bathroom was tight for us, BUT it worked well

Girls Getaway

Came to Berlin for a girls weekend. Cute town and great location to stay right in the center of town. We were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival we noticed an unpleasant smell in both walk in areas that was not from the coffee shop as that would have been a pleasant odor. Once inside the smell subsided however there was an old used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. It was difficult to get comfortable as we did not want to sit on the stained couches. I was aware there would not be stock of paper goods as listed, which would be plenty for our weekend stay, but there was literally six paper towel sheets left on the roll. In spite of these issues we enjoyed our stay. We did get a good nights sleep. A nice touch would be a small tv in the bedroom and to leave one full roll of paper towels and toilet paper. It would go a long way.

Small but sufficient space for my wife & myself…we could walk to everything we wanted to see in Berlin…we ate at half a dozen different places within quick walking distance of the rooms…never had to worry about directions or parking…will come back in the fall for more!

Convenient location in downtown Berlin

The description of this property on VRBO was accurate. The landlord was attentive & quick to respond to any questions or suggestions I had. The unit is perfect for one person or a couple and easy to do a little bit of cooking, if desired. Extremely convenient to downtown Berlin. Access to free parking was never an issue.

Assateague National Park Fix

This is not a luxury hotel by any means. But it fit our budget, was clean and a perfect location! Olivia and her husband, property managers were very responsive and came over quickly to help with an internet issue! I was able to bike to Assateague and also enjoy the quaint town of Berlin.

Cozy place at a great location

Berlin is an adorable town. The apartment is in an amazing location to walk to everything. It makes a great weekend getaway. The bedroom is adequate for 2 people. There is a sofa and futon that could accommodate 2 additional people in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are adequate. The property manager communicated in a timely manner and directions were very clear. Free easy parking was great!

Not worth it!!

It stated there were three beds. One is an old twin inflatable mattress, the other was a futon with a bar in the middle which would only fit a small child. There was a full size bed in the bedroom. The bedding for the futon and blowup were see through, very low thread count. The blankets were just throws. Also, it had a smell that permeated through the whole place. This rental is not worth the amount we were charged.

Right Downtown in Quaint Tourist Town

A view of main street with easy access to the beach and wild ponies. It's just a short drive to Assateague Island from Berlin. The apartment is walking distance to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop. My wife and I along with our 5 year old child enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is small but we still prepared most of our meals there.
