Features huge Master Bedroom w/King bed and 2 full sized sofas, 2nd Bedroom also has a King bed; 3rd and 4th bedrooms have Queen beds; 5th bedroom has double over double bunk with single bed. One Sleep sofa in the lower level living room. Comfortable for max of 14. Six TV's, 1 per bedroom and 1 each in upper and lower living rooms. Master has large private bath w/jetted tub, and separate shower. Beautiful carpet and tile throughout this condo. Tastefully decorated & furnished w/comfortable sofas & chairs. NEW gourmet kitchen w/ new stainless appliances, New cabinets with under cabinet lighting; granite countertops. Extra large balcony wraps around both levels offering fantastic beach, ocean and bay views. Access to balconies from 7 new sliding glass doors through out the condo. All you need to enjoy your time on the beach or in the condo! When not on the beach enjoy the pool, views of the ocean, and sunrise. This is a large 2 level condo w/ over-sized rooms 9' ceilings, 2 gas fireplaces.

Standout features of this condo: This spacious 2800 sf. condo was new in 2004, purchased by new owner 2015. Totally redone in Spring of 2017 with New Furniture and bedding. This is a beautiful newer building in north Ocean City location with 4 private off street parking spaces. Very close to beach! This is far from your standard OC condo! Features, huge living/dining area, large kitchen, over-sized balcony w/ seating for 12 overlooking the beach, bay and ocean. This makes for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Luxury features galore! Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster and cutlery. Pool is located on same level and offers large sun deck with lounge chairs, great ocean views. Slider doors to the balcony offer easy outdoor access with sea breezes almost constantly blowing.

Bedroom Features: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all. Plenty of room for Queen Bedroom set with carpeted area, 2 full sized sofas! It has a slider that provides direct access to the balcony which also provides a great view of the ocean. The master bath features jetted tub and separate shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on the lower level one with a queen bed and access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. The other has full over full bunk with a singe bed. The bath opens to the hallway. Great for cleaning up after a day on the beach. Each bedroom has an HD TV and ceiling fans. This Condo has sold out in past summers!

Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in smaller condos. With beach block property so expensive it is fairly rare to find such a spacious condo in a new building so close to the Beach. What a great combination! Other features include the utility room with full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes. The balcony is 4x the size of most OC condos in that it spans the full length of condo on 2 sides and 2 levels. It has 12 chairs to enjoy the out doors and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter to get the feeling of being able to spread out. You are just 150 yards from the ocean, so you can have a wonderful beach vacation!

The property was beautiful, location was great close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things the microwave was not cleaned and ice maker was not working. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful time here. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The check-in/check-out process was so smooth. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for large families!

Parents Surprise Getaway 2 the BEACH!

Overall, absolutely beautiful property. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit this property again and recommend it to others. Some highlights were, the building was quiet, the elevators were quick, the condo was spacious, clean, and accommodating for our group. Some cons were, property need more lighting in the common area, the WIFI was horrible, the ice machine was broken, and we had a ANT problem on our second to last day. Other than that everything else was Awesome. Great Accommodations.

Wonderful October Get-Away

Location was wonderful and layout of condo was gorgeous. We had a family of 9 within the condo and had plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. Beds were super comfortable as was the sitting areas! Outdoor screen tracts need to be oiled for ease of operation- battling typical salt / sea air that creates resistance. Would definitely come back and stay here ♥️

Great Experience

Not our first stay in the condo and definitely not our last! So many upgrades since last year! Location is so convenient to the beach, shops, and food! You really can't ask for much more. A great size for a large group. Enough room that you don't feel crowded.

Beautiful weekend

This property was a terrific place fir my family. Beautiful wide balcony affording terrific views of the ocean and the Bay. Terrific furniture and well stocked kitchen. Short easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms could use heavier curtains to block out some of the very early morning light. Would stay here again without hesitation. great communication from the owners, beautiful experience.

Luxury at the beach

The property was beautiful and quite large. My wife and I hosted two of our adult children and their families there. That included 2 infants. There was plenty of room for all. Along with the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, we also loved the wrap-around balcony. We hope to stay there, again.

Great family vacation

Overall, this is a great property and location. We had family members from pretty much all age groups, and everyone was happy. The access to the beach was easy, and we were able to walk to several great restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked - there was nothing missing that we couldn’t do without. Included parking was a nice bonus. The common areas were a good space for all to be together. There is definitely some wear and tear on the furniture and beds. Several of the bed frames are held up with wood they have screwed onto the metal frame. Management is quick to respond to any issues, but it would be nice to see some more permanent solutions done in the off-season. Despite this, it was a great place for a large multi-generational family vacation.

Your place is very nice and fits our family very well. Thank you My only complaint is your cleaning people. They did not clean under the couches and under the cushions. There was books and makeup under the couches and cobwebs under the couches. Crumbs were under the toaster as we went to use like the counter top had not been cleaned thoroughly. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom kept falling out and the sink was stopped up and not draining properly. Not trying to be critical but you should know as the property owner. Thank you

Amazing Ocean Views

Overall, this is a beautiful property in an amazing location. Has an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony (way better than posted photos!). Short walk (One block) to the beach was wonderful. The unit itself had everything you needed, very minor wear and tear things noted in the condo (spotty wifi, blinds loose, fridge door difficult to shut at times) but nothing that impacted us from highly enjoying the week stay. Pool is perfect and right down the hall. Safe, clean overall Ocean Break Building. Will definitely rent again if returning to OCMD!

Wonderful first impression walking into the condo! The communication process with owners is the best! The accommodations were roomy for all 12 of us and the reserved parking is so nice. Looks can be deceiving

When we walked in we were very impressed. It was the things you did not see…the vertical blind in the front bedroom was taped, the bathroom drain was slow draining, one headboard was tied together with raffia, the queen bed downstairs the frame was sitting on a cone because the bed frame was broken and the TV it the kid’s room didn’t work. We loved the location and the people in the building were very friendly.

Great family stay!

This property was in the perfect location for four families with young children to gather for a long weekend away. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach access, the restaurants and shops on the bayside, and the mini-golf up the street. Being able to walk to all we needed was such a huge reason why we enjoyed this trip so much!

Beautiful Property

We just returned from a 4 night girls trip. This property was wonderful. The location was great. Only a ten minute ride to the boardwalk. It was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The views of the sunrise every day were amazing. The condo is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Our only negative experience was an awful fish odor from the refrigerator. Other than that, it was truly a wonderful experience.
