Slice of heaven! High in the sky Unit 1810 welcomes you with a bright open living area and incredible view! Enjoy ocean and Assawoman Bay views from inside or slide out on the private balcony to experience all the fantastic sights and sounds. After a long day at the beach relax with a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have great window views. The primary bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds and offers a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full and twin bed with a full bathroom directly across the hall. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer and dryer. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room indoor pool game room sauna tennis courts and library! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer.

* Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week this includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Overall great experience but…

This is a great unit with a great view right on the beach. Everything was as described and access to resources was relatively easy. We had a few issues with the access code not working, running out of hot water if we all tried to shower at the same time, and the internet being slow or choppy at times, but overall we were happy until we had plumbing issues. Property manager was called and on top of things, but the plumber closed the first ticket without fixing the problem. Ultimately, the issue needed a new part, so it was never resolved before our departure. The last night the other shower had a different issue and while the property manager was on it, again the plumber was not able to come to resolve the problem prior to our departure. Property manager called to apologize on our way home and, after speaking to the owner, issued us a discount which we appreciated!

Concerns and compliments

Check in and parking was difficult and took time to resolve . Once settled in we were very pleased with the room and the amenities the property had to offer. This was our 1st trip to OC MD and we loved the city as well .
