"Room is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Air condition is leaking when we were there, but someone came and fix it. Casino is located on same building."

"The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too.."

"After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service...

"This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning."

"Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold."

"We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund."

"Pool was nice. Staff was responsive to our needs. Room was cool and clean. Refrigerator was larger than expected and very cold! Easy beach access. Nice bars/ restaurants. Good affordable food and drink. I would stay with them again. "
