Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. My 4/5 rating is because they emphasize that they are dog friendly but there was no place on or around the property to safely take our dog for potty breaks. "Everything was going well until i checked out and realized i left two chargers in my room. Cleaning staff never reported it to lost and found! So beware. "

"Good selection of restaurants within about six blocks. Second time here and second time I had to stand outside ringing the bell for as much as five minutes for someone to buzz me in. Overall, it’s a lovely place with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Great location: only five-minute walk to Amtrak station and even less to light rail. "

"It was wonderful! The food in the restaurant Palm Court was delicious and high value for the reasonable cost. The male waiters in that restaurant were incredibly nice with impeccable friendly service and I would return just for them. They made our day. Room was spotless, marble shower, comfy bed, everything was fabulous."
