"I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that!
There’s also parking right across the street, which was very convenient. As for the...

"They charge you for everything INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST!! It is like $12 or $24 per person for breakfast buffet style we just left and got breakfast somewhere else. The “Starbucks” is not a Starbucks they just have the sign and cups but nothing Starbucks related. One of the workers was extremely rude to me when i asked if they had any silverware. Overall only good for the room which is extremely disappointing for a hotel that up charges for everything."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that might make your stay a bit better. The bath towels were very small and not soft. They scratched sensitive skin. The lights being on timers, especially in the bathroom/shower area . You can get stuck in a dark shower. The room is full of charging stations which was awesome. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful."
