  • Bienvenido a Casa Boj unas vacaciones / apartamento con jardín corporativa completamente amueblado ubicado en el primer piso de un elegante casa victoriana 1893 con su propia entrada independiente.

    Boj House ofrece servicios tales como una cocina completa, con todos los electrodomésticos, incluyendo un lavavajillas, refrigerador grande, china, cubiertos y cristalería.
    El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size vestida con sábanas italianas para una noche de sueño confortable. Un montón de espacio en el armario, una cómoda y un escritorio con un servicio inalámbrico para su computadora portátil.
    La ducha del baño cuenta con un cabezal de ducha Speakman. Hay un montón de gruesas toallas blancas.
    La Sala de estar / comedor es muy cómodo con un sofá que se convierte en una cama doble. La mesa de comedor antiguo y sillas asiento cuatro. Radio AM / FM con reproductor de CD y TV LCD por cable con reproductor de vídeo que llega hasta 88 canales.
    Hay un jardín trasero disponibles durante un buen tiempo para sentarse y leer o disfrutar de una copa de vino.

    Convenientemente ubicado en la isla de Alameda, en la bahía de San Francisco. Boj House está situado en la histórica Costa de Oro a pocas cuadras de los parques, playas con hermosas vistas de San Francisco, windsurf, tenis, vela, paseos en bicicleta, cafés y restaurantes. It's always a pleasure to stay at Boxwood Cottage. The location is quiet, parking is easily available, and the neighborhood is safe and pleasant. In addition, Marti is a kind and attentive host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great place to come home too at the end of the day. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was supplied in the kitchen and also in the bathroom so there was nothing we needed to get. We will come back there again when we come back to Alameda.

The host was very friendly and accommodating helping us to connect to WiFi and to do laundry. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong, but a bit tight. Great for a couple or single.

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Great value! We stay here whenever we visit our son and his family in Oakland. Alameda is lovely and has quite a range of excellent restaurants and shops. We love this apartment and the location!

Marti is the perfect host. We very much enjoyed our stay in her garden apartment. The apartment is charming, clean and well equipped. The location is in a beautiful Alameda neighborhood with parks, beach and entertainment within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a lovely place in a quiet neighborhood where my wife and I have stayed several times. It's within walking distance of the beach, parks, and restaurants. The host is very responsive and helpful. There is always street parking either right in front of the unit, or within a block. We're already looking forward to another visit.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Ideal for two people, gorgeous rear outdoor space though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Plenty of street parking. Marty the owner who lives upstairs is a wonderful host, brought us extra toiletries. Very clean in a lovely neighborhood.

The place was ADORABLE!!!! It’s like something you would read about in a story. All of the furniture and decor were cultivated to make you feel cozy, peaceful, and happy. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, beautiful, and safe. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dining ware. The water pressure is superb. The only thing, I would say is if you’re taller than 6’3”, the ceilings are low and my husband just felt too tall. I would definitely book again if we are in town again.

Wonderful stay! The place is super clean and very well appointed. I would stay here again! There were so many thoughtful touches, and the location was amazing - and there were no issues parking right out front. Great neighborhood and wonderful host. When we travel back, we would pick this place first.

All was charming. One glitch. Incorrect information was provided for access to wifi. It took about an hour to get in touch with the host. The host was very responsive to solving the issue. We were frustrated but the response made everything fine. She fixed it immediately on vrbo.Coffee/breakfast spot a block away. Five minute walk. Opens at 7:30 am.Lovely neighborhood.

What an absolutely relaxing little holiday. The place was sweet and it reminded me of the perfect apartment you would want right out of college; and the furnishings were bespoke. Marty was a fantastic hostess, and I was sad to leave. In fact, I tried to extend it and some wise guy had already rented it! I will return. Thank you so much Marty for your lovely home.
