"Front desk person at check in seemed in hurry to get rid of me, sped through check in, didn’t explain anything. When I asked questions she answered with annoyance. So I stopped asking. Place was very clean and kept up nicely. Not sure why they charge a high daily fee for parking the place has plenty of parking. That didn’t seem necessary, and makes a huge difference on choosing a place to stay. It also wasn't explained to me at check in that I’d have a daily parking fee. "

"Clean comfy room. Staff is great. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Parking spaces cost $. Only complaint was 2nd floor ice machine was not working but staff brought ice to our room. Definitely my stay to when I’m in that area."

"I want to begin by saying the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. If it were not for the staff, I would be leaving a 1-star review. I did not understand at first that this hotel chain can be considered transitional housing. Apparently, some people live there. This hotel does not fit the normal hotel model you would expect. For example, seeing housekeepers maintain the rooms on a daily basis does not occur here. Here is a list of things we observed: The room had dust balls...

"The pictures of property and description in Expedia are very misleading Can't stop listing bad experience here. Stinking smoke smell despite being touted as non-smoking floor/room Elevator wasnt working, Property not maintained at all. With dust, leaves everywhere. Power outlet didn't work to charge our phones. bed was broken, AC wasn't working."

"The rooms were spacious for being in the Bay Area. The property was kept clean and the valet was always available to retrieve our vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying in the area and took a walk during the day. We would stay again if needed."

"Stayed here for one night and it was great! Staff was very friendly, the room had a great view, and was extremely clean! Walking distance from lots of food places. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Valet parking was outrageously expensive and seemingly the only option. Every light save one was not working including the bathroom light which made things inconvenient to say the least. Asked for towels and they couldn’t even bring them to the room."

"Beautiful stay, the front desk staff was mostly rude other than a new hire who was training. Despite that, would stay again as the area felt safe and facility very well kept."
