"The rooms are well decorated and cozy. The long counter in the bathroom and the glass doors on the shower are a big plus. I love the rooms facing the inner courtyard and the two layers of blinds that allow for well lit rooms and privacy. Bed mattresses were comfortable. Love the atmosphere here. Front desk and bar staff were friendly and helpful. "

"I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The...

"I came for the Chris Brown concert so it was very convenient that my hotel was only a 10-15 min. walk to the venue. I usually bring a Doorstopper when traveling for extra security but I didn’t need it. I felt very safe at this hotel. "
