"This is the second time I've stayed here. It's a very charming, old house with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast is very good and served in a cute and cozy dining room. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I'm pretty picky. Just a few minutes drive to the outlet stores and restaurants in town, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet. "

"I always loved staying at the Harraseeket but this time was a little off. The double beds were so much smaller than other hotels and the area is lacking now that some of my favorite restaurants like Gritty’s and Jamison’s and Muddy Rudder have closed. Not to mention that the hotel got ride of their hot buffet and replaced it with continental offerings. Still like the hotel but was a little disappointed this time. "

"This bed and breakfast was absolutely charming. The common space was well equipped with all types of entertainment, puzzles, games, tea/coffee, and a self service honor system minibar. The full breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the hosts seem to really enjoy sharing their home. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast."

"The Candlebay Inn is a warm and cozy bed and breakfast. The house was built in the 1800’s which adds to its charm. Our family occupied two rooms and each room was clean and with the necessary amenities including private bathrooms. The owner, Connie, was very welcoming and provided us with a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Maine!"
