"Great stay overall! Approximately a 15 minute drive into the city in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few amenities in the room that were nice even if the kitchen wasn't available (a few plates/mugs, microwave, fridge). There was also complimentary snacks, candy, and water upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Do note that you will share the house with the host, but your room will have a separate lock.Great option for a cozy spot to rest after fun adventures in Portland! "

"Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

"We had an awesome experience. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything and the staff were attentive and friendly. The grounds were beautiful and the the cottages were quaint and comfortable. We loved this place."

"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The location is quite a walk from the pier, but it is directly on the ocean. The parking is horrible.The room was not very clean. I cleaned the air conditioner because it was pushing out dust,etc.We will never stay here again."

"The place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. A simple place within one block of the ocean. Can’t beat that! When we had an issue with WiFi, they responded promptly and all was rectified very quickly. Easy access upon arrival and clear directions about departure. Would recommend ."

"If you’re looking for a Prefect Place to stay look no further. Great view of the Atlantic sitting on the chairs, the host are very friendly, and the house is very spacious and comfortable. We’ve been here twice and will be back. "

"Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. "The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it."

"This was the perfect getaway for our quick visit to the Brunswick, Boothbay, Harpswell area. It was quiet and peaceful. The local restaurants were great. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"Katie was an amazing host. She responded before and during our stay immediately. The house was adorable and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was immaculate! The towels and bedding were awesome and plentiful! Walking distance to beach and downtown! We will be back! "
