"We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!"

"My kids got an entire upper floor for themselves and I got a large room with a big bed and beautiful bathroom to myself. It was perfect! Better than any cramped hotel. The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. Not to mention they had an obnoxiously drunk guest trying to get into our door one of the nights and it...

"I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. "

"House was easy to get to and check in at. Garage fit one large car (barely, but it fit). There was no soap or shampoo in any shower, and some of the towels weren't super clean. Beyond that it was good."

"Our organization FoodTokTV met there for a cooking competition. The stay was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We had 1 issue with a toilet and he came over within 20 minutes and repaired the issue. That was awesome. "

"The house itself is beautiful, exactly as described, if not better. Communication with the owner was easy and fast, she was quick to respond.The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the neighborhood appears to be undergoing some serious renovations and driving through the street was very difficult, there was a ton of construction going on all day long with the driveway being blocked frequently, and the area itself wasn't very nice.
