The house was very accommodating and the host always provided a quick response! The view is incredible and relaxing in a quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. This is a very clean & beautiful 2 story home equipped with all of the essentials! It is already beautifully decorated for the holidays! The checkout instructions were reasonable! Overall nice house. However, there were a few nits. No bags for trash can? The coffee pot was left with old coffee. The matters pad on master bedroom had red stuff on it. Lastly, the sink in the second bathroom needs maintenance.

Second time in this wonderful lakefront residence! The home is cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxing by the water. Close to DBU, which is where we needed to be. We’ll definitely be back!

This was quite a comfortable stay for my family ( 2 coming in from different states). It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cookware available for us! The park was a little bit of a hike, but a quick drive ( it was too hot to enjoy this visit). The lake made for beautiful sunrises/sunsets and simple fishing pleasures for the kids! ( even a pole available) would definately stay here again. One thing, we could’ve used more towels/washcloths!

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay was great. The house was clean and we were allowed early checkin. The house looks just as the listing described. A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was nice and being able to fish was a plus. I would recommend to others.

Arlington Graduation- Family stay

Fairly clean inside. Host was very accommodating to let us check in early before my daughters graduation so we could change after our 5 hour drive to town. I liked the master bed, memory foam, and slept well but my husband was not comfortable.AC works well. Patio furniture is comfortable, but did not open the umbrella shade bc of many spiders. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. The regular coffee grounds were nearly empty so we just bought some at the store with our other food. Fridge worked well with plenty of space. For the number of beds/4rooms, the price was about right. No bedrooms on bottom floor. No TVs in the rooms but we were exhausted from our daily plans anyway. We were comfortable on the living room sofas but they were perpendicular to the TV. Only room for 4-6 people to sit on sofas so others would sit at bar height table. This was fine. Water pressure was unsatisfactory- very hard to get my long hair rinsed. But hot shower was nice. My husband at 6’3” could not fit in the primary bedroom shower.Backyard was boasted as beautiful but this lake is quite dirty and the owner did not cut the backyard which was overgrown. There were very loud large military helicopter maneuvers both nights for hours past dark at 9pm. Not sure how common that is for the area. It was very disruptive to our conversation. Safety- there is only one deadbolt on front door but we had no problems during our stay. We did find 3 windows unlocked in morning. Overall, good stay.

Texas Lake Getaway

Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe. The immediate neighborhood is very nice!The home was close to Texas Motor Speedway, The Stockyards & Ft Worth/Dallas historical sites.We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend the home.

A beautiful getaway

Had a wonderful week with family in the DFW area! The house was clean and open, beds were comfy, the large dining room was our favorite for playing cards! Great views for sunrises and we were able to soak up so much sun in the backyard! The only criticism I would offer would be a few more dish towels and cookware for people staying longer who want to cook more meals. So easy to check in and out!! Great place!!

Great getaway with house on the lake

I stayed here for three nights with my sister, brother-in-lawand adult daughter. It was a perfect central location for usto visit Dallas, Fort Worth, and Grapevine. Loved seeingthe Dallas Baptist University across the lake!Would definitely recommend!
