"First impression was not good. Had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready. Very first night there was a guest in the next room playing loud music and talking. Had to call the front desk the next night to report the same guest. They handled the situation and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay. We loved our room location and the layout of the room. "Nice little, quiet and clean motel. Perfect stay if you're doing any races at the civic center. Just a mile and a half away. Very affordable and a TV that actually works lol you don't have to download an app or sign into anything haha. I will definitely stay again. "

I appreciated how clean and neat our room was; however, it did have a very heavy smell as though someone had been smoking. AC works well but caps at 72F past 10PM (I prefer 69F) and you can't change it until the next day. Hot water, cold mini fridge, fresh toiletries. "Room wasn’t clean and I mean FILTHY. The Whole Hotel should be Bull dozed in all honesty. I asked the staff for my Money back and even call you guys because the mentioned that was the only way and in the process of agruing with them for my money my “Time” for a refund it went past its “period”. I didn’t stay in the hotel I ended up going to Mainstays Extended stay Down the road. This Motel 6 is used by the Goverment and all of the people that are in need such as homeless are given rooms for free...
