"a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

"The first room had potato chip crumbs left from previous person all in the couch. The second room had rust stains all over the pull out couch mattress and the mattress was terrible. Breakfast was decent, staff was ok but not very welcoming. The pool was also terrible. The water was nasty and algae was along the walls."

"If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated."

"Water pressure in shower was amazing. We had handicap room with plenty of grab bars. Brought our little mini pini dog as well. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are very old and nothing like the pics. If you use the dishwasher, you can't use the toilet or shower because there's not enough water. The internet and wifi are absolutely terrible. We couldn't watch TV or log into Netflix because it would glitch or load for a long time. The sheets smelled. Sometimes we would want to purchase snacks but there was never anyone at the front desk. Sometimes staff would be sitting on the couches watching TV. The parking lot had a lot of trash. Everything...

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the amenities were nice. The only downside was that the pool was extremely cold. The elevators were temporarily out of service one morning due to a passing storm, and there was no airport shuttle, but the hotel arranged a Lyft. Despite those minor issues, I would stay here again."
