"The room was clean. The hotel, although full, was nice and quiet. The indoor pool & hot tub was nice, clean and quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The waitress was lovely. You're a walk away from the mall/shopping outlets, & restaurants. There is a fantastic paved trail behind the hotel along water. "

"Had inquired prior to arrival re shuttle, received no reply. Day of arrival, had to phone hotel for shuttle. Being from Canada is long distance charge. Hotel wants to know which courtesy location I am at, at terminal B. Ask where would I see this, condescending reply, mam signs are all around you. Found one inch sign on pillar. Not impressed."

"The Hotel experience was pleasant and the only thing i would say is my room had minor plumbing issues and the room didnt feel 100% clean. Other than that i enjoyef my stay and will definitely return!!!! "

"This place is amazing for families with kids or if you enjoy indoor Waterparks. When we arrived it did take a little while to get checked in. Once in the front Rosy was very friendly and offered a pass for all of us that was very convenient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our room was amazing and very clean."

"I have been charged an additional amount after checking out of this property and have been unable to get a response as to what this charge relates to. There is no mini bar or in room facilities or similar. Communication from the team at the front desk was varied in experience depending on who was at the counter, so it seems this is the same with management. The facilities themselves were fine. Dated, but fine. "

"Less than ergonomic or functional. Shower door did not close properly. I bumped my forehead twice hard on the black metal clothes hanging apparatus. TV remote was very difficult to use. Patrick at check-in was courtesy and helpful."

"Even though the shuttle didn’t start running before 4:30 am, when I could not reach a taxi for pickup, the shuttle driver took me to the airport at 4 am. I was deeply appreciative for the effort and kindness of the staff. They are all very wonderful!"
