"We rented this place for our daughter’s 4th birthday because she wanted to camp, swim, kayak etc… our fave part was setting up the projector movie night and then she camped on the deck with dad. Away from the bugs and grass but still the experience of camping. Pac man was enjoyed by everyone. The hosts had excellent communication. House was great! Close to the river and springs, fire pit and more. Wish we could have stayed longer to hang around the hammocks and stuff but there’s so much to do we...

"First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. "

"The house is a great place to stay. We visited a couple of the springs in the area. If you wanted to eat out it was a little bit of a drive but not to bad.15 to 30 minutes to any chain restaurant plenty of local places. Sisters is great for lunch. Will book again if we go back to this area. "

"Fun, delightful little cabin filled with everything we needed for a wonderful 3 day stay. Close to the springs, and quiet and peaceful! Loved the extra touches such as s’more kit, firewood, and cellphone lockbox!"

"Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! "

"We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again."

"Old Florida at her best! The river was so cool that we stayed and swam off the dock instead of going to the springs. "

"The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"This is a great house. We really enjoyed our few days here. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we really loved that linens and towels were provided. The Host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay. "

"This was a great place to stay. It is secluded but near the Springs. The owners were pleasant. The owner even sent my daughter's ring back that they found after we left. "
