"First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. "

"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

"Extremely satisfied with the cabin and location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Very close to Ichetucknee and Ginnie Springs. The owner was available and communicated thoroughly with us. Would highly recommend. "

"We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again."

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. "

Flanders Retreat also offers keyed, private access to the 3 Rivers Estates. "This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "

"For any reason or no reason at all the Bunk House is a great place to get a way or stay. Clean, quiet, with beautiful views of the farm and animals. Great communication with your host and excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions. She bribed us for this fantastic review giving us a dozen fresh eggs her chickens laid just for us. We fed them CheesIts. Best we can tell you is we want to come back. Thanks for a great stay, … and the eggs. "

"We had a great time! We had Nana Camp with my grandchildren ranging in age from 7-13. We loved the wildlife, weather, river, and all the provisions you supplied so we could make the most of everything. We tubed, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played board games, sang, danced and fell exhaustedly to sleep each night."
