"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

"Yes The place was clean the check-in was friendly The room was clean I just found it kind of unusual I use a walker I'm disabled and my floor was located on the fourth floor with a nice walk in shower with low water pressure there was a message that came to my email You know how's your room and do you have any concerns message which was a nice I said the only concern I have is I'm on the fourth floor and if there was an emergency a disabled person wont be able to get down to the first floor....
