"Pleasant staff, beautiful setting. Great breakfast. Nice, deep bath and appreciated the kettle and china cups and saucers with tea and coffee in room. Nice linens. Quiet."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Sadly room was really cold, heating not on at all so had to plug in a radiator. Good breakfast and again helpful staff"

It does not help to see a sign " be healthy take the stairs" when you are oaps and need to carry suitcases up several flights."
