"The apartment was exactly what we expected. The location is ideal. Walking distance from so many restaurants. A short walk to the riverfront and a nice little park. The host responded immediately whenever I had any questions. I ran into the property manager in the lobby upon arriving and she was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!"

"We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. However, there was a line of nearly 20 people waiting to check in their room. After about an hour +, we finally was giver a room. The clerk stated that my room was already occupied??? I showed the conf # & email from Bonvilla; she did not recognize or heard of that name. I told her that I believe that is the owner who lives in Switzerland. Some were...
