"When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards....

"Location, service, and staff were excellent. It’s the upkeep of the place that needs work. I expected more of a Hilton brand hotel. Carpets need to be replaced, especially in the elevator. One elevator car was out of service and walls need to be painted. A curtain in my room was ripped."

"This was one of the best locations I’ve stayed at in the last year or so, 5 stars across the board in every category. Communications with the host was outstanding as well. I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night."

"Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again."
