"Lovely suite! Real king size bed, very comfortable. Spacious sitting area, bright natural light. Only drawback was underperforming A/C in main bedroom. Staff was quick to provide portable fans when repair wasn’t available. Would recommend!"

"We had a fantastic experience at the Copthorne Merry Hill. Our room was very comfortable with a waterside view and I was delighted to find the en-suite had a bath. The room had Tea and coffee making facilities + biscuits and a fridge containing water and 2 little bars of chocolate; delightful. The staff were really kind, efficient and helpful.
