"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

The small thin plastic cups fell over if you put your toothbrush and toothpaste in. Surprised there wasn’t a separate restaurant in the hotel for evening meals.. A friend came to see me for coffee one morning but I was told they didn’t serve coffee until 12. First hotel I’ve never heard that before in a hotel. My husband loved the swimming pool. "The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "Couldn’t fault the room, it was clean and spacious. What I would say is avoid the restaurant, we found the food inedible. We ordered chicken korma and garlic naan… the “naan” was a greasy, oily chipati and as for the korma, not sure what part of the chicken it was but taste and texture was just plain wrong As for the creamy korma sauce, we were served green, runny sauce with no flavour whatsoever. Just awful, we couldn’t eat it, just paid the bill and ate elsewhere. AVOID at all costs."

"Abrupt and rude staff on check-in. Rooms poorly maintained. Air-conditioning not working in first room so was moved to another room,just as poorly maintained as the first. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, watermarks on the taps and corroding mirrors in the bathroom. Plus side very very convenient for the tube and the train to Wembley. Didn't have food there so can't comment. It would only take some very basic updates to make this hotel better, but I won't be choosing to stay here again."
