"We booked a triple room but there was a leak in the room. We were then moved to a smaller room. When I asked the staff to be moved to another triple room as the alternative room they provided did not have a toilet seat. The staff refused to move me and said that I have to stay on the ground floor and not move to another room on a different floor. This did not make sense. Terrible staff and service."

"Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t! "

"Parking was terrible. No room for the car. We finally squeezed one in after 45 min of going back and forth an inch at a time. No instructions received through Expedia or email for check in. Subway went by every few minutes very noisy. Key to room didn't open the door. We wanted an easy stay because we just arrived and were tired and it made our first few days very stressful to be in London. "

"Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. "

"A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin"

"The room seemed clean, TV didnt work but otherwise comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean, but the walls floor and wash hand basin were not, the silicone sealant and mirror were stained and there were dark residue blots on the floor, dread to think what they could be. So we wore our shoes to go to the loo and decided against using the shower. The staff were polite and reception area spacious and well presented. "

"Communication seems to lack especially with guest requests. Good sent back as it was cold but they did replace with no fuss and lots of apologies. Usually good this time not as good! "
