"The washer was broke and very loud. The refrigerator was leaking but the amenities were perfect. Checking in was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable"

"The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. Whenever I do come back to Houston, I'll definitely look the house up again. Thanks you so much for allowing us to stay! "

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

"First off, Dustin was a spectacular host. From booking to check out he made sure every T was crossed and I doted. The residence was well maintained with all supplies very easy to find. The bedrooms were hugh with very comfortable beds. All in all this location is everything., quite neighborhood, with stores within a 5 minute drive. "
