"Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. "Our initial room smelled strong like animal urine room 417. There was still spills on the floor that weren't mopped up and hair in the bathroom floor. We moved rooms and the second room was better on third floor. We purchased an additional room for a guest and the staff member that originally made the reservation, made it incorrectly and changed it but then issued when checking in when guest arrived. "It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)"

"There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money"

"It was a busy weekend with the holiday so I understand a few things. There was only 1 working elevator. It was very shaky as well. It was very dirty. The hallways were stale and hot. Room was decent. Comforter had yellow stains and shower had hair on the wall. We went for the location to Fiesta Texas which it was fairly conveniently located."
