"The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property."

"Windows have plastic mini blinds and do not keep the bright outside lights from disturbing sleep. The elevator does not work and I was given a room on the 4th floor, even though I reserved a handicap accessible room. After the 3rd day of complaining, I was moved to a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was so low to the ground (about 10 inches) there’s no way someone with limited mobility would be able to ambulate from bed to wheelchair or walker. Also, shower did not work at all. Only way...

"The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can."

"Breakfast was below par. Didn't use hot tub. Towels were far and few in between. Photos online DO NOT give a good photos of what the rooms really look like."

Times in bathroom were loose and coming up, room had stains throughout, there was a leak when you enter the hallway inside that the water was being caught by a trash bin, some motor parts were tucked in a corner of the inside, smelled like weed in the hallways, the carpeted stairs and hallways were filthy, a dead roach was in the corner for the 2 days i was there. Will never stay there again. "
