Got in late at night and there were no sheets provided for the pull out bed. So we had to go to the front and was given an old, ripped up mattress protector and no blanket. Was told they didn’t have any blankets left. The next day we when to check for a blanket and was told that the blankets are locked up in the owners office and was told by the staff this was a frequent complaint.
The mattresses were beyond awful and I am not picky. My wife and I literally were laughing at how ridiculously bad the mattress was. There was a giant sunken area at least 5-6 inches lower where the previous 200 people have slept.
We ran out of shampoo in the container attached to the wall. I tracked down the house keeper in the hallway and asked if she could fill it. She didn’t. I had to go to the front desk and get some small disposable ones. They also took our towels one day and didn’t give us new ones.
The gym was a joke. The breakfast was below average and very slow to restock. It just seems like they cut every corner possible. I definitely would not stay here again!!
