"Liked the breakfast. Bathroom door wouldn't open after. you closed it - needed help from my son to get it open."

"Both the hotel and my hotel room were very clean and the hotel is also in an excellent location, near places to eat and shop. The reception desk was also very friendly and helpful in checking in and out. The only suggestion I would offer is maybe providing bottled water in the hotel room for guests upon check in."

"Hot tub is permanently out of service but otherwise the pool area is nice. Great breakfast buffet at a great price (not included with stay). The staff was very helpful. Great location. Just be advised: pineapples on all the entrance doors and a very “friendly” bunch of guests hanging in the pool (if you know, you know haha)."

From the beautiful surroundings, rich history and incredible views...to the scrumptious 5 star meals, accommodating staff and luxurious sparkling clean room...I honestly can not think of anywhere else that can top this elegant unique Castle!!! "Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."

"The hotel is “bright” which is very appealing. Especially the hallways. Everything is kept immaculate. Friendly staff. Clean. Free laundry is great perk."

"There was hair all over the outside of the bathtub, I asked for the tv and WiFi to be fixed twice … they failed to do so."

"Rooms had bugs, the AC was not working on arrival at 10pm on 90*+ day. Promptly checked out and went to another property close by. As guests were departing the fire alarm went off. On the front end of travel the front desk checked in our guests who were delayed due to flight cancellations. This prepaid non cancel stay was partially refunded. Would not recommend, however staff did try to help."

"Parking was very close, air conditioning was wonderful on a hot night, bed was comfy!!"
