"Liked the breakfast. Bathroom door wouldn't open after. you closed it - needed help from my son to get it open."

"Both the hotel and my hotel room were very clean and the hotel is also in an excellent location, near places to eat and shop. The reception desk was also very friendly and helpful in checking in and out. The only suggestion I would offer is maybe providing bottled water in the hotel room for guests upon check in."

From the beautiful surroundings, rich history and incredible views...to the scrumptious 5 star meals, accommodating staff and luxurious sparkling clean room...I honestly can not think of anywhere else that can top this elegant unique Castle!!! "The hotel is “bright” which is very appealing. Especially the hallways. Everything is kept immaculate. Friendly staff. Clean. Free laundry is great perk."

"Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."

There was no lifeguard at the pool nor any staff or anyone working no towels so we had to use the towels from our room there was no air conditioning and it was an indoor pool. It was literally 1000° in there we could not stay then we went back to our hotel to shower and called for mortals but they told us there isn’t any because there is nobody washing...
