"Highest praises... we were pleasant surprise upon arrival. The property, although not directly on the beach as advertise, is within a 2 minute walk. It is a small garden style property, full of charm and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet (and super clean). The onsite parking is a HUGE plus. I can't say enough good things about the staff; from the minute we arrived, we were greeded by our first names. Keeping this one on speed dial... 5 of out 5"

"Great location and the place was clean. There are two locations however and they are about a 10-15 minute walk apart and you are not told beforehand which location you are at."

"The location was convenient, with beach nearby. We were able to find night time parking nearby. Having the kitchen and a spacious room was nice. The sofa bed in the room we had the first night was not comfortable when pulled out. We folded it back and one person slept on it as a sofa. We were able to switch to a room with two beds, which was much better. It is well cleaned. The smell of cleanser was strong. We kept the doors open a while to air it out."

"When we checked in the young gals told us the Internet was down. Not a problem for checking in cause they just took my ID for the reservation. But I had to ask about our rental car being in the parking lot and the young lady said "oh yea, you need to put this up in your rear view mirror". Thank God I asked so our rental car didn't get towed. But you would think they would mention it at checkin instead of the staff being more worried about the Facetime call she was on. The smell of the hallway...

"The apartment-style setup truly elevated the experience. It’s on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the comfort and convenience it offers. The oceanfront view was stunning and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The unit had everything we needed—a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, plenty of towels, and very comfortable bed sheets. "Great location. Condo was as advertised. Works well for families. Heated pools were wonderful. Restaurant next door was lovely. Great location for exploring Miami Beach."

"Ok Motel but the rooms are not good. The floor had so many soft spots it felt like you may fall through the floor. The carpet was so dirty your feet would be black in minutes. Everything else was just ok. Picture is of wiping my feet after about 30 min in the room"

"Partial view to the ocean. My 5th time stay since 2012. Kitchenette very convenient for breakfast and snacks. The room this time was in the part of the building not completely remodeled. Decoration little bit outdated but clean and confortable. Ana Fernandez at the front desk very helpfull with details and needs. If you are looking for a cozy place, family oriented this is the location. Nice pool facilities and gym. Walk to the beach just in the back. Plenty of restaurants walking distance....

"There was no staff at the hotel and our sheets were dirty when we got to the room. They had dirt and hairs on them. We were charged 350$ for the night and it wasn’t worth $100. The staff that was suppose to respond to problems via text messaging or if you need help didn’t respond to our requests and questions . Someone did come change the dirty sheets. It was one of my worse hotel experiences and I didn’t feel safe there. Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!"

"Hotel is clean but dated. Does have a fridge in the room with a freezer. Some loose tiles in the bathroom. They do charge for early check in. Staff was friendly and let us leave our bags checked in until our check in time. Very strict about what you can and can’t do with the A/C. Excellent location close to Publix and the beach. Not the most fancy but the location made it worth the price. "
