"The room was quite dirty - there was pee all over the seat when I arrived, the walls are all heavily scratched and generally it just feels like an old kind of gross feeling room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the rest felt just old and run down overall. Most of the elevators were not working so you also have to wait a long time for the elevators."

"Solid property for the price. Location is safe and easy to get around in. Close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The bodega across the street is convenient with delicious sandwiches available. The unlimited free coffee and bottled water 24/7 in the lobby is such a nice touch. The entire staff are all so nice and helpful. Especially Jon."

"The room was very clean but rather small and only a view of the brick wall and windows. It would have been nice to have a fridge you can ask for one but have to pay extra. The elevators are slow and couple times one would not be working. It was a good location for us near the subway and buses. I would overall stay there again."
