"Collin was a great host! The property was the perfect location right on the Beach but far enough away form the busy traffic on the main Hampton strip. Plenty of clean towels, beach chairs, toothbrushes and many other amenities. Communication was top notch I left my bathing suit by mistake and Collin went above and beyond to send it back in the mail for me. Look forward to booking another stay in the near future!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful, the room was incredibly clean, and everything was perfect. The whole experience was relaxing and the prefect setup for a work trip. I loved staying here and will 100% do it again. The coffee shop/restaurant that is in the same building is delightful. I had to extend my stay for a night and since the room wasn't booked all it took was a simple email. Can't recommend this place enough!!!"

"It was a nice quaint cottage, clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen and AC for the hot days. We could walk to beach, restaurants and stores. The few draw backs were that there was no parking on the property for us. We had to drop off our things and elder father then park car around the corner. The parking area was next to a marsh that would get flooded in some areas from evening high tide. There was no closet or luggage rack in the rooms for storage. Otherwise great location...

"We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions.
