We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?

Very short walk to beach and boardwalk, property is very clean and cozy and owner is easy to reach out to response from owner is very quick.

Host was very helpful, a nice relatively quiet spot just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd, friendly neighborhood. Very clean, with a nice view of the sunset.

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. David was available any time i needed him. Id highly recommend staying there.

Family getaway

This was the perfect spot to relax away from the main strip. The location was not to far of a walk away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again. The house itself is well kept and has just what you need to feel comfortable away from home.

The beach house was my first experience

Everything was a 5-star experience; I really recommend it. It was nice and cozy; I loved and enjoyed it very much. David, the host, was very well-connected.

Adorable cottage close to the beach and main strip of Hampton Beach. The living space has been updated and has a great coastal/beachy vibe and was exactly as described. Everything that we needed for the weekend was provided to us, including plates and utensils, bath towels, linens, small appliances, etc. The AC unit also worked great. The host, David, was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. We had a wonderful weekend here and highly recommend!
