"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

"I was pleasantly surprised when we entered. It was clean and had a large, open living and dining area. The shower head was lovely and big (great pressure) however, the bathroom was a little dated. The main bedroom was lovely and bright however, the other room had no windows to open and it was a very hot day (over 45 degrees), the powerpoints didn't work in that room either. The ceiling fans were very loud also which made it harder to sleep. The kids room was very lovely, my son was excited for...

"It was just far too expensive for what it is even though I stayed between Christmas and new year. So I feel a bit sick I got caught up in a rate that was more than a hotel. Then I got stung by unexpected cleaning and other fees. 2.5k for a 4 day stay. I feel very ripped off Stayz. "
