"It was a good place to stay...a good location. I did not appreciate I could not lower the room temp less than 68 degrees. The occupants the floor above were noisy. It did not subsided even after filing a complaint with the desk. I used the microwave to warm leftovers my last morning there...thank goodness. A sensor was defective resulting in the microwave inoperable. The bell would sound every two minutes. I could not turn it off and quickly became annoying."

"We needed an ADA compliant room for my husband, who uses a walker & wheelchair. The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways. The hotel is new. The bar and pool weren't open yet. When they...

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"The bedding was very uncomfortable the room had a damp musty smell I mentioned it but could not communicate with housekeeping. The rugs need replacement they smelled we will not be booking with Hampton Inn again"

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "
