"Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

"We loved our stay! The place was very clean and cute as can be. She provided everything we could possibly need and then some. It took us a little bit to get the trains into Boston figured out but we expected some of that based on the location. We felt safe traveling back and forth and would definitely recommend it."

"Absolutely fantastic stay, the place was immaculate on arrival complete with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Bob was easy to get hold of, if required, and all joining instructions were easy to follow. This place was a real find and the location on Main Street was second to none. Highly recommended."

"Our stay was great - the beds were plentiful, but the kitchen / dining area was tight and hard to accommodate the size of our group. One thing I will say is that before our stay I received numerous messages cautioning us to be quiet for the neighbors. She reminded us that there was a decibel monitoring device in the family room to warn if the noise was too loud. There are neighbors in the bottom half of the house. The number of emails made me hesitant, wondering if Jenny would be checking and...

"This place was amazing. Best view and the pool was amazing. I want to book this place every summer forever! Easy check in and check out. Didn’t talk to the property manager cause everything was all set. "

"Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and...

"This property is a charming one bedroom cottage nestled in a seaside enclave. The outdoor shower is the best I’ve experienced and add a bonus of outdoor toilet adjacent to but not in shower. Kellie supplied us with guest passes to lovely small town beach as well as bicycles and kayaks. There are many areas to explore on the property including an outdoor table tennis set up, fire pits, hammock and multiple outdoor dining options. Bring your binoculars to watch the osprey catch their dinners!"

"Great spacious property walking distance to a beautiful private beach in residential neighborhood. The house was very neat and clean. The house has plenty of parking. The large fenced in yard was great for my dog to run around and my kids to play yard games after a beach day. The beach allows dogs as long as on a leash. Would highly recommend "
