This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. ...

ibis Hong Kong Central And Sheung Wan
The location is great. Near to MTR. Easy access to Kowloon too. Quiet environment. The best part is the staff service. They helped you in most of your requirements.
