"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. "The entire place was clean and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. On top of that the breakfast was fantastic! There’s such a great variety of foods and to top it off there are many on healthy options that were delicious!"

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff kept it well maintained and were really helpful! The only thing that decreased my rating was that the walls were very thin. The neighbors were playing music and having intimate time together in the late hours of the night. It was very difficult to sleep. The staff was super responsive during this event but i wish there was someone on site to help with things like this."

"The room was never cleaned and I had to request towels and garbage bags from the PM desk clerks. (It was a sign in the bathroom that stated room will be attended to every other day or when requested. I cleaned my own room.) I requested for a change in towels with the refuse to be pulled. I was told to put the trash outside my door and house keeping was off until the morning. (I took the refuse downstairs to a garbage bid and asked the PM desk clerk for towels.)
