"Lovely Manager who helped us to check in slightly earlier than normal which was very much appreciated. The villa had every kitchen item we needed for self-cooking while staying. There is also a washing machine in the Villa and a place to hang laundry in the little private courtyard. Great location in Kingscote opposite the jetty."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Mr and Mrs Fish. The cabin is beautifully fitted out space, spotlessly clean, and has everything we needed. And there is a koala with joey in the tree out in front!!"

"The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. Check-in was straightforward. The keys were easy to locate as described.The house was clean inside, apart from the oven. However, the exterior was poorly maintained, with building materials, empty bottles and cans, overgrown grass and weeds, cobwebs, and a clothesline in disrepair.The listing itself was accurate, but the property fell short of the quality we expected for the price. "This tiny house is perfect for a couple staying in American River. Yes, it’s a modified caravan, but it felt roomy, well lit and is tastefully decorated & fitted out. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a fun time with our stay, it was cozy and comfortable. The kids had a fun time watching wallabies and kangaroos and it is very close to a massive white sand beach. It was great seeing wild life around and the fire place was great. The bathroom was suprisingly spacious and comfortable to use and the whole place is complete of cookeries we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this to couples for a get-away stay. "

"Our host Victoria was welcoming and friendly. Right outside the cabin was a huge eucalyptus with 2 koalas up high she pointed out to us. We ate out for dinner meals and bought cereal milk etc at Penneshaw IGA.The cabin was warm with a column heater and reverse cycle A/C.The highlights for us was Admirals Arch and Seals. Fantastic!!!"
