"Think property could use resort style games for families such as oversized Jenga, checkers and maybe ping pong tables. Only one pool and hot tub doesn’t fit the status for offering rooms that can hold up to 6 people. Families need more activities. The happy hour social time is a great addition. Our floor had stuff stuck to carpet in room by trash can. Thinking about room allowing pets but only have carpet is a let down. "We stayed for our first family trip to celebrate our babies first birthday. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was so helpful with recommendations to find a birthday cake! I have to stress that the location to the pier and shops/restaurants was perfect. I had a stroke 2.5 months ago so I have minimal energy for activity with limited Mobility and everything was within a short walk! Perfect!"

"The staff was alright, but the rooms were very minimal. The beds look and feel like IKEA specials. There was mold growing in the shower. There must not be any insulation in the walls, as I could clearly hear a phone call in the adjoining room and hours worth of children upstairs running and jumping in their room above mine. I suppose if all you want is a room near the beach and don't mind not sleeping, this motel would suffice."

"I liked the location and beautiful views but on the flip side it was kinda noisy and our room was lacking basic amenities. Blackout curtain didn’t close all the way so light from the hall peaked through, tv didn’t work or fit the mounting bracket. Bad ventilation in rear room and the water pressure was super weak. Have stayed several times here and never had to much negative to say but this room needs some work"

Everything was OK but then as soon as I got into the bathroom and use the toilet, a damn near fell off because of loose bolts. It looked to be somewhat of a brand new toilet. "Simple room. The rooms were very clean, with wood laminate flooring. For an older motel, it was maintained well and looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. We were only three blocks from the beach! I would definitely stay there again."
