"EZ to get in.Equipped pretty well. Hot tub/Pool warm ;-)Primary complaint for a house with pool and hot tub was not enough towels in the bathrooms. "Overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the room. Was charged an additional 15 PER PERSON fee upon check in, while the host’s external portal only listed 15 (which is against VRBO’s code of conduct). The door to the balcony doesn’t lock and the balcony directly connects to the balcony of the neighboring room, which is extremely unsafe. Upon arrival there were drops of a sticky brown liquid on the ground and in the refrigerator. As for the wall unit AC, it does not fit snugly into the wall...

"Got there, I had reserved 2 rooms they didn't have it. They only had one. They had to call to make sure. I showed them my receipts.
