"This is an older, but well maintained motel. It is in a great location if you have business in the vicinity (as I did). You can tell that they are trying very hard. My big beef is that neither coffee or a machine or a way to heat water was provided. I travel a lot for business, and this is the first time I have encountered this. This hotel pretends to be a step above a Motel 6, but the amenities are just not there."

"The room was very clean, as was the rest of the property. You could easily tell they were always cleaning, it smelled fresh at all times. There was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and some lemon water as well. There was a nice view of the space needle from the front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area."

"Staff was very accommodating- loved the bar/restaurant food and drinks were good -room/bathroom were clean but had a stinky feet smell unfortunately- staff sprayed room but smell did not go away until I used my own perfume - also unfortunately there wasn’t an easy route to elevator with luggage without having to go down a few steps not horrible but inconvenient- parking was convenient but totally self served - overall worth the price for a place to stay"

"While the hotel was kept clean as far as I could tell there were things about the room I was not happy with. The shower faucet was pulling away from the wall, the usb charger attached to the bed was for show because there was no outlet attached the cord just plugged into nothing.
Aside from that I don’t have a complaint. Staff was absolutely amazing. The fellas at the front desk were great and so welcoming."

"We liked the location of the property. When we first stopped by, we planned to drop our bags and return later since it was before check in time. However, they said our room was ready and we were excited about that. Then the lady at the desk said it would be $25 for early check in. We went ahead and paid since we were now already thinking about organizing our room and cleaning up before going out but we sos not appreciate how she said it was ready and then mentioned a charge after. Also, at check...
