"The stay was great. Absolutely what was described. The hosts were more than accommodating and cared. Everything was clean and and very accessible. Thank you hosts, we will definitely be back!"

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a casual place where we could hang out and enjoy the weather around the grill and close enough that we could walk to bars and restaurants. Great host! We left a couple of personal items, and the host was kind enough to located them and ship them to us. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great little property just a few steps from downtown Nashville. Couches are very comfortable (I ended up sleeping on one of them)! It has everything you need and if anything is missing there are plenty of places right down the road. Hot tub was nice…wish it had a little more privacy but it’s downtown so it was still nice "

"We arrived at the Bluebird Bungalow and found that our place had not been cleaned from the last group. I texted our host who quickly responded and in 15 min a sweet couple arrived to make it right and our host refunded our cleaning fee. Things like this happen and we left to get a bite to eat while they cleaned. No problem. I make mistakes too and our host made it right. Very happy and it works out best if you don't get worked up and show some grace and understanding. We still loved the place...

"Everything was just as described. It was very peaceful and relaxing. "

"It was very homey, tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The large room was very relaxing to hang out in. I would have rated it five stars but the 2nd evening we were there, the A/C struggled. The temp would not drop below 78 degrees until the next morning. We were thankful for the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the fan we found in the closet."

"One of the best places we have stayed in forty years! Pristine accommodations, well stocked kitchen and a welcome basket that included homemade salsa and chips. Swings and rockers to enjoy the peaceful quiet and beautiful woods. Amazing game room, comfy beds with luxury sheets, gorgeous wood floors and even Ethan Allen furniture! They have thought of everything to create a perfect stay We will be back!!!!"

"I paid for my daughter and son-in-law to stay and paid for a pet deposit. They didn't end up bringing a pet and I asked for a refund. I was very happy to receive that refund in a good time frame. Well done and thanks."

"We were in the area for a wedding so our schedule was very busy, I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the cabin and the property. I would definitely recommend staying there. The ambiance was rustic cabin with modern amenities in a country setting with a great pond for fishing paddle boating/kayaking. The last few miles of the drive was beautiful with forests and hills and gravel roads into the deep countryside of Indiana. "

"Bathrooms to go along with each bedroom such a bonus! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit both days and nights!! House was clean and spacious and well decorated!! Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We loved it here. Very peaceful. The only thing i didnt like was the stairs were kinda hard to go up and down at bedtime. We will be back. "

"Other than fighting the gnats and flies inside it was good. We used the place as our staging area for our daughter's wedding at Brown County SP. The kitchen was good size for 3 of us to prep the food in the kitchen and two more at the table. The king beds for everyone was awesome and they were comfortable. Wish we'd had time to really enjoy the place more.It was convenient but Away from It All !the same time. The hot tub was enjoyable. "

"We had a fantastic time at this little slice of heaven. Truly countless things you can do at this property. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, fishing, bonfires and swimming for the kiddos. It was also very nice to have TVs all over the place, to keep sports and movies going for the inside time. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend the 9 Oaks for travelers of all ages. We would love to return in the future :)"
