"Accommodations were as advertised. Comfortable king bed. Convenient to Moultrie stores, restaurants and town. Owners texted me immediately whenever I contacted them. "

"Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!"

"This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! "

"This was absolutly hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. House was immaculate. Owners were super friendly and easy to ask questions. Very easy to deal with. 100% recommend this house over anything else in the area. AMAZING!!"

"the property was clean and had everything we needed. We did not know the area well so were unsure of the area. It was a little further than we had hoped to where we were going but everything worked out. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to finish a wedding cake. "

"Beautiful property. Very large enclosed back porch with an amazing view of a lake. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Clean and spacious living area. Home away from home!! We will definitely revisit this property."

"It was a great experience. The property was clean, quiet secluded and very relaxing. if I had to say something negative it would be that the grass wasn't cut, so the walk to the lake wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. But despite that it was a great stay! And I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, as well as stay there again if you have the opportunity. "

"The house was cute and comfortable. The master bed and bath were comfortable. The other bedrooms with full and twin beds were decent. The kitchen and sitting areas indoor and outdoor were fabulous. Kitchen needs a baking sheet and mixing bowl. Location nice and very close to Main Street"

"Hello Tysons here we have stayed here 2 times so far and will be returning its the oerfect get away for a small setting of 2 to 3 people very quiet and safe. We would like a toaster oven 😋 but other then that its packed with all you need for your stay."

"For a couple of years now we have been staying here. When we turn the lock it is just like entering home. We love to sit in the chairs out front and listen to the crickets . In the mornings we enjoy watching the birds. We love the country setting but yet close enough to everything. We are very thankful that the owners open the barn for people to enjoy!"
