"Amazing boutique experience full of thoughtful and artistic touches throughout. I was surprised and delighted at every turn. The staff were fabulous and helpful, the breakfast was perfection. The 17th century Dutch stairs are no joke however, be aware if you have limited mobility."

We had a canal view room on the fourth floor and the views were great. The 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was convenient. The elevator was very, very slow. "There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

"We had a wonderful stay! Our room was very cute, a beautiful view from our window, we were able to check in 6 hours early which was very helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect! Close to Jordaan, central station, and right on a tram line! The only downfalls were with the AC, it did not cool down the room as much as we needed in order to be comfortable and the shower could have been cleaned a wee bit better upon our arrival. The fan in the bathroom also didn’t clear the steam very well so...
