"Our stay in the ‘Heritage cottage’ was exactly as described—quaint, cozy, and full of charm. The woodfire heater made it extra snug, and the setting was absolutely beautiful with rolling views and friendly alpacas, sheep, and chickens just outside. The welcome breakfast pack was a thoughtful touch, with fresh locally sourced bread, milk, juice, eggs, and bacon. "Property is well equipped, warm, has all cooking facilities and laundary, little bit of road noise but not a concern, the fact the owners put the heat on before you arrive means a lot when it is very cold weather and most do not!WELL DONE. Only small complaint was the fairly strong smell of cleaning chemicals on arrival but I have a very sensitive sense of smell."

"Wonderful place for our family trip to Devonport. Being a midwinter trip we were worried it might be cold but plenty of extra blankets were provided and heating was great. Very comfortable beds including sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for exploring don railway, penguins at Lilico beach and heading into Devonport. "

"We stayed there with our show dogs as we had a show in Ulverstone which was less than 15 mins away. Great secure backyard for dogs to relax in after the shows each day. And sat out with them on the front porch enjoying the lovely weather. Lovely and quiet area which was good as our dogs remained quiet too. House was a bit warm at night but very comfy overall. Had everything you need. "
