"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

"Good location to connect with subways and buses. On a bigger street, but no problem sleeping from outside noice. Worse with noise coming from neighbours though, but only one night. All in all it was a good accommodation for a group of four which allowed us together time to unwind without having to go out after a long day on the town. We’ll be doing this type of accommodation again next time. Illi has a an excellent host!"

"・外観も綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋は日本のホテル独特の狭さがありますが、ビジネス用途としては十分で綺麗でした。シャワールームもアメニティも良かったと思います。今回朝食は利用しなかったのですが、チェックアウト時に見たところ良さそうなビュッフェだったので、次の機会に利用したいと思いました。
・五反田は通りによってガラッと雰囲気が変わる町ですね、まさか通り を１本入るだけでこのような清潔感あるホテルがあるとは思っていませんでした。
・唯一難点があるとしたら、タオルがもう少しリッチな生地の使い心地であれば最高だったと思います。
・また利用したいと思います。"

"Bathroom smelled like sewer. Closet had rusting. The hotel is old and needs a major update. But great location and lots of restaurant choices in the main hotel. Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is delicious."

Amenities are useless as every single one is an extra charge and not included with the tiny rooms. Godzilla area is closed to the public so you can’t even take good pictures with Godzilla. The breakfast was the worse part of everything !!! They charge a small extra fortune for breakfast and the hotel have a contract with a bad restaurant chain named Sizzlers ( here in the USA) we would never eat at this chain due to low quality food. Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. "We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. One of our favorite things was the amazing view of the stadium from our room—we were even able to watch the games while having dinner, which was such a unique experience for our family.
